Restructuring means reorganising, and it refers to significant changes on the level of company management, finances, changes in the organisational structure, business processes, internal capacities, but also in employee motivation. However, the most common levels of implementation include: financial - for companies having liquidity problems, operative - focused on increasing business efficiency, and strategic - aimed at a stronger growth.
