Mirjana Tomašković has gained her business experience working on numerous projects related to business consulting and corporate restructuring, managing financial, accounting and controlling functions, and participating in the management of several companies as a member of the management or supervisory board.
She began her career in the capital market in 1996, where she worked on stock exchange brokering, investment consulting, corporate activities related to the issuance of securities and takeovers, and privatisation and restructuring projects until 2004.
Between 2004 and 2008, she worked for Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d., where she co-ordinated investments of Croatian and foreign companies in the Republic of Croatia as Head of Corporate Finance.
Since 2008, she transferred from the financial sector to the real sector, to Dioki Organska petrokemija d.d., one of the leading Croatian exporters at the time. In Dioki, she took over the coordination of the activities related to the financing of all segments of the Dioki Group, first as consultant to the Management Board and later as the Finance Director. Due to adverse economic circumstances in which Dioki Group operated, she was intensively involved in the restructuring processes and all other activities related to the possibility of ensuring continuity of business of the Dioki Group's affiliated companies.
In 2014, she establishes FI management in order to use the knowledge and experience gained from a number of economic fields to support SMEs in improving their finances and other aspects of their businesses.
